Shape Up Yoga for plus size bodies focuses on strengthening the entire body, including the core, back, legs, shoulders, etc. but also bringing the heart rate up so that you feel you had a good workout at the end.
It is designe to improve your posture and release pack in your back, shoulders and hips.
You don't need to have any experience or be flexible. Every body is welcome — no matter shape, size, gender, age.
Classes are kept very small to give you personal attendance and adjustments, if needed.
