This Yin Yang Morning Body Wake Up yoga class is a perfect way to start your day.
Drop the kids off at school and have one hour to yourself.
This class is a mix of an easy flow of yoga postures to open up your body and wake up your stiff muscles to improve your flexibility, mobility and muscle strength. The class finishes off with gentle stretching yoga postures and a mindful practice for a perfect stress free day.
As usual — our classes are very gentle and slow. We adjust our speed to yours, not you to ours. Beginners friendly.
